Exercise is important for EVERYONE. VIP offers cardio, stretching, strength training to higher impact exercises consisting of pull ups, sit ups and jump rope. Playing kick ball, volleyball, basketball and relay races are another way VIP keeps the individuals moving. Walking is also encouraged and when the weather is nice, a walk around the neighborhood or to a near park is planned.
